Q: When will you restock __________?
A: In the event that an item goes out of stock, you will have the option to sign up to get an email notification when the item is available again. Occasionally, out of stock items may not be restocked and at that point they are considered to be retired items.
Q: When will you be posting new items?
A: To be notified of when I get in new items, follow us on instagram or twitter.
Q: What is the quality of your jewelry?
A: I am selling costume jewelry- it is by no means gold plated or hand forged by fairies in the mountains of a remote island, but I do stand by my items and if you are not 100% happy with your bracelets, then I will refund your money.
Q: Do you have a store where I can purchase your items or can I pick up my order?
A: At this time there isn’t a physical location where Gemma Gild items are sold.
Q: How secure is this store?
A: This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to mine using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL).
Q: Where is Gemma Gild located?
A: Gemma Gild is based in my home in Southern California.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Gemma Gild gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
Q: Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
A: No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you have the option to use it to speed up the check out process.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Absolutely. If you are in anyway unsatisfied with your order, I will pay for shipping back to me and refund your money 100%.
